With us, your day never falls into the water!

Bad Weather?

Don't see much sun in the forecast or does Buienradar indicate big blue spikes? We do everything we can to prevent your cruise from falling into the water, so no worries!
  • 🌦️ 🌦️ Small rain: we have umbrellas and many bridges to take shelter under! If it is a bit chilly, we also have blankets for on board. If in doubt, give us a call to discuss options.
  • 🌧️ 🌧️ Major rain: if the weather or the forecast is really bad, you always have the freedom to decide to postpone the cruise free of charge and move it to a later time or another day.

RESCHUDELE OR CANCEL

Change
Regardless of the reason, you can move your sailing once to another day or time completely free of charge. In this case, please contact our customer service. We are happy to think with you and to be as flexible as possible.
  • First time rescheduling
If you want to change your reservation for the first time, you can do so completely free of charge. Do you already know a new date? Then we immediately move your reservation to the new date. No new date yet? No problem. We will send you a voucher code which you can use to book a new cruise free of charge via our website. You can catch up at any time during the week. We do ask you, if possible, not to schedule the cruise on Saturday or Sunday afternoon to avoid our peak traffic.

  • Second time reschudeling
Je vaart al eens gewijzigd en wil je nu de reservering opnieuw verplaatsen naar een andere dag? Dat is geen probleem. Wanneer je de vaart verplaatst buiten onze piekbezetting (zaterdag/zondag tussen 12:00u en 17:00u en feestdagen), kun je de vaart kosteloos verplaatsen. Wil je de vaart opnieuw wijzigen? Dan kan dat doormiddel van een coupon code die je van ons krijgt. Hierbij houden we wel €10,- van het totaal bedrag per boot in.
·        Third time rescheduling
Has your sail already been rescheduled twice (or more often) and now you want it again? This is possible at an additional cost of €10 per boat.
 
Cancel
If you decide to cancel the cruise despite the fact that you can reschedule free of charge, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
  • Within 24 hours before departure, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
  • Within 5 days before departure you will receive a 75% refund of the rental fee.
  • Cancellation is completely free of charge up to 5 days before departure. 
Cancel of change food arrangements
All our food arrangements can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. However, we would appreciate it if you would inform us as soon as possible! Would you like to change or cancel your ordered food-arrangement within 48 hours? Please contact us by phone and together we will see what is possible.
